These terms govern your use of the Xtreme TV website and IPTV subscription service (together, the Service). Ordering a subscription, starting a trial or simply using the site means you accept them. If you do not, the remedy is not to use the Service. Please read them before subscribing rather than afterwards.
1. Who may subscribe
You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. Subscribing on behalf of a company or other organisation means you are confirming you have authority to bind it to these terms.
2. Your account
Some parts of the Service require an account. You agree to:
- give accurate details and keep them current;
- keep your credentials to yourself — they are not to be shared, published or resold;
- tell us if you think someone else has got hold of them.
Accounts opened with knowingly false information may be closed.
3. Plans, connections and payment
Subscriptions are sold by term (one, three, six or twelve months) and by the number of simultaneous connections (one to five). The connection count is the number of screens that can stream at the same moment; it is not a limit on how many devices the player may be installed on.
Choosing a plan and supplying payment details authorises us to charge the stated fee. Prices can change, but a change takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for, never in the middle of it, and we will give reasonable notice first.
4. Free trials
The 24-hour trial is free, takes no payment card, and grants the same access a paying subscriber has. It expires by itself. We may change or withdraw trial offers at any time, and we may decline to issue a second trial to the same person.
5. Refunds
Refunds are dealt with under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Requests are assessed individually. Cancelling or being suspended does not by itself create a right to money back, except where that policy says so.
6. What you agree not to do
- break any applicable law while using the Service;
- share or resell access beyond the connections your plan covers;
- sublicense or redistribute the Service without our written agreement;
- take the software apart, decompile it, or otherwise tamper with how it works;
- point bots, scrapers or other automated tools at the Service;
- interfere with the platform's stability or with anyone else's use of it;
- submit anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringing.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service — its software, design, text, marks and underlying technology — belongs to Xtreme TV and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you. What you buy is permission to use it for the term you have paid for.
8. Anything you submit
If you post a message, review or other content, it remains yours and you remain responsible for it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it in connection with running the Service. Do not submit anything that infringes someone else's rights.
9. Availability
The Service is supplied as it is and as it is available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that every channel will always be present, or that any particular content will remain accessible — broadcast line-ups change for reasons outside our control. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limits on liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, Xtreme TV and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss — including lost profits, lost data, interruption, or the conduct of other users — whether or not such loss was foreseeable. Our total liability for any claim connected to these terms will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not permit these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, where credentials are being shared beyond the plan, or where activity looks fraudulent or abusive. You may stop using the Service at any time. Clauses that by their nature should outlive the agreement — intellectual property, liability, governing law — do.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting there.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The revised version is posted here and, where the change is significant, we will say so by email. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means accepting the revision.
