What is the Xtreme App?
It is the player the subscription is watched through. One interface holds the live channels, the on-demand catalogue and the seven-day guide, and it is built to be driven by a television remote as comfortably as by a touchscreen.
Where do I get the player?
Three routes, depending on the device. A Firestick or Android box takes it through the Downloader app using code 5728794. A phone or tablet can fetch the file directly from the app page. A Samsung, LG or Sony set uses its own browser to reach the same address.
Which devices does it run on?
Xtreme TV is compatible with a wide range of devices, including:

• Android smartphones and tablets
• iPhones and iPads
• Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony)
• Amazon Fire Stick and Fire TV Cube
• Android TV boxes
• Windows and Mac computers (via browser or IPTV player)
Android is blocking the install file. What now?
Fetch the file from the app page. Android will refuse to open it the first time, which is expected — go to Settings, then Security, and allow installation from unknown sources. Return to your downloads, tap the file, and it installs normally from there.
What exactly is Xtreme TV?
A television subscription delivered over your existing internet connection instead of a cable or a dish. It carries 23,000+ live channels and 85,000+ films and box sets, across sport, news, entertainment, children's and music, in 4K down to SD. There is no engineer visit and no hardware to buy.
How do I actually subscribe?
Start with the free trial if you have not already — it costs nothing and tells you whether your channels are carried. When you are ready, pick a term and a connection count on the pricing page and complete the order. Login details follow by email, usually within minutes.
Can two people watch different things at once?
Yes, up to the connection count on your plan. One connection means one screen at a time; five means five, on five different channels if you like. Installing the player on more devices than that is fine — the limit only applies to simultaneous streams. The pricing page shows the count on each plan.
How do I stop it?
Nothing renews automatically, so a subscription you leave alone simply ends when its term does. If you want it stopped sooner, email help@xtremetv.tv; whether money comes back depends on the Refund Policy, which sets out the cases plainly.

It keeps buffering. What should I check?
Nine times in ten it is the line rather than the stream. Work down this list:

• Check your speed test — HD wants about 10 Mbps for HD streaming
• Restart your device and router
• Drop the quality setting in the player a notch and see whether it settles
• Move nearer the router, or run an ethernet cable if the device takes one
• If the issue persists, contact us at help@xtremetv.tv
Does the line-up change?
Continuously, in both directions. Channels are added as they become available and occasionally drop away when a broadcaster changes how it distributes — that part is outside anyone's control. The on-demand catalogue grows steadily as new titles are released.
Is there a way to try it first?
Yes, and we would rather you used it. The trial runs 24 hours, opens the whole line-up rather than a sample, and asks for no payment card. Request it on the free trial page and test it at the hour you normally watch.
