Refund Policy

Effective Date: 08/01/2026

Privacy Policy Terms of Service Refund Policy DMCA Policy

This policy explains when an Xtreme TV subscription can be refunded, how to ask, and the situations where a refund will not be issued. Please read it before buying — it is short, and it sets out exactly what you are agreeing to.

1. Try it before you buy it

The single most useful thing on this page: there is a free 24-hour trial, it takes no payment card, and it opens the full line-up rather than a sample. Almost every refund request we receive could have been avoided by spending a day on the trial first, testing the channels you actually care about on your own connection. We would much rather you did that than paid for something that turns out not to suit you.

2. The refund window

You may request a refund within 30 days of the date your access was issued. Requests made after that window has closed cannot be considered.

3. When a refund is due

A request inside the 30 days will be approved where one or more of the following applies:

  • payment cleared but access was never delivered or activated;
  • what you received differs materially from what was described at the point of sale;
  • you were billed twice for the same period, or charged an incorrect amount;
  • a technical fault our support team cannot resolve in a reasonable time leaves the service unusable.

4. When it is not

The following do not qualify:

  • simply changing your mind once the account has been activated and used;
  • problems originating in your own equipment, internet line or an incompatible device;
  • part-used subscription periods — terms are not pro-rated;
  • the free trial, which cost nothing and therefore cannot be refunded;
  • accounts closed for breaching the Terms of Service, including credential sharing.

Anything falling outside both lists is judged on its own facts, at our discretion.

5. Talk to support first

If something is not working, contact help@xtremetv.tv before asking for money back. Most faults reported to us turn out to be a setting, an app version or a network issue, and are fixed the same day. If we genuinely cannot fix it in a reasonable time, the refund follows — raising the fault first costs you nothing and usually ends with a working service instead of a closed account.

6. How to claim

  1. Email help@xtremetv.tv with "Refund request" in the subject line.
  2. Include the email address the subscription is under, the purchase date, and what went wrong.
  3. Give us up to two business days to review it and reply.
  4. If it is approved, the money is returned to the method you paid with.

7. Timing

Approved refunds are submitted promptly and are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer then takes a further three to five business days to show it. If nothing has appeared five business days after our approval email, come back to us and we will chase it.

8. Chargebacks

Please raise a problem with us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback opened without contacting us first may cause the account to be suspended while the dispute is investigated, which helps nobody. We would rather resolve it directly, and faster.

9. Changes

This policy may be revised at any time; the version in force is the one on this page at the moment of purchase. It is worth a glance before renewing.
