Privacy Policy Terms of Service Refund Policy DMCA Policy

This policy sets out what Xtreme TV ("we", "us") does with information about you, in plain terms. It applies to this website and to the IPTV subscription service reached through it, which together we call the Service. Using the Service means accepting what is described here.

1. What we hold

Things you hand over yourself

Ordering a subscription, requesting the free trial or writing to support puts a small amount of information in our hands:

  • a name and an email address, so credentials can be issued and support can find your account;
  • optionally a phone or WhatsApp number, if you would rather be contacted that way;
  • payment details, which are entered with our payment provider and settle with them — card numbers never reach our servers;
  • whatever you write in a support message or a live chat.

None of this is compulsory in the abstract, but a subscription cannot be delivered without an address to deliver it to.

Things the server records on its own

Ordinary web traffic leaves ordinary traces, and ours are no exception:

  • the IP address a request arrives from, and the rough region it implies;
  • browser and operating system, which is how we know a layout is broken on one platform and not another;
  • which pages were opened, in what order, and which site sent you here;
  • screen size and device class, used to decide what to fix first.

These arrive through server logs and cookies rather than through anything you fill in.

2. What we do with it

Every use below is one we can point at a concrete reason for:

  • running the Service and keeping your subscription active;
  • taking payment and matching it to the right account;
  • answering support requests, which usually means looking at your account while we talk to you;
  • sending notices that concern your subscription — expiry, renewal, a service problem;
  • sending occasional offers, which you can decline at any time by unsubscribing or writing to us;
  • spotting fraud, abuse and attempts to break the platform;
  • working out which parts of the site are failing people, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade it for advertising.

3. Who else sees it

Three situations, and no others:

  • Suppliers who do a job for us — the payment processor, the email sender, the analytics tool. Each sees only what that job requires, and is bound to use it for nothing else.
  • The law — a court order, a subpoena, or a request we are satisfied is valid. We also reserve the right to disclose where it is genuinely necessary to prevent harm or investigate fraud.
  • A change of ownership — if the business is sold or merged, subscriber records would move with it. You would be told before that happened.

4. Cookies

Cookies keep you logged in, remember preferences, and let us count visits without counting the same person five times. Your browser can refuse them, individually or wholesale; the site will still load, but parts of it will stop remembering you. Browser help pages explain how.

5. How long it is kept

Account and billing records are retained while the subscription is live and for a period afterwards, because tax and accounting rules require it. Support correspondence is kept long enough to be useful if you write again. Technical logs age out on a rolling basis. When a record no longer serves either purpose, it is deleted.

6. Keeping it safe

Traffic is encrypted in transit, access to subscriber records is restricted to staff who need it, and those controls are reviewed. That said, no system connected to the internet is perfectly secure and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. We take reasonable measures; we cannot promise absolute safety.

7. Your rights

Depending where you live, some or all of the following apply:

  • See it — ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Correct it — have anything wrong or incomplete put right.
  • Delete it — have it erased, except where we are legally required to keep it.
  • Take it — receive it in a portable, machine-readable form.
  • Stop marketing — opt out of promotional email while keeping service notices.

Write to help@xtremetv.tv and we will deal with it within a reasonable period.

8. Children

The Service is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child's details have reached us, tell us and we will remove them promptly.

9. Other people's websites

Some links here lead off our site. What happens on the other side is governed by that site's policy, not this one, and we have no control over it. It is worth reading the policy of any site you hand information to.

10. Changes

This policy will be revised as the Service changes. The effective date above moves when it does, and material changes will be flagged. Continuing to use the Service after a revision means accepting it, so an occasional glance at this page is sensible.
